Load your Scope 1, 2 and environmental data

The order matters: all consumption data attaches to facilities, so you create those first. Once facilities exist, you can upload data for any category in any sequence.

Each guide linked below takes 3–5 minutes to read. The upload flow in the app is consistent across all categories — choose the facility, upload an invoice or CSV, and review.

Step 1 — Create your facilities

A facility is any site, building, warehouse, or store that has energy or water consumption. Every invoice you upload will be linked to one.

Create one facility per physical location, using its real name. Avoid generic names — your verifier will ask for traceability by site, and a name like “Main office” or “General data” won’t satisfy that requirement.

Step 2 — Electricity

Via Datadis (fastest for Spanish supply points): Connect Datadis and Dcycle automatically imports your full-year consumption for every CUPS — no manual invoice uploads needed.

Manually (if Datadis doesn’t cover a supply point): Upload each invoice directly from the facility’s Electricity tab.

Step 3 — Fixed combustion (gas, diesel, propane)

Scope 1. Use the same upload flow as electricity, selecting the correct fuel type for each invoice.

Step 4 — Refrigerant gas recharges

Scope 1 (fugitive emissions). Enter the kg recharged and the gas type from each maintenance report. You report what was recharged during the year — under the GHG Protocol, the recharge amount equals the estimated leak.

Step 5 — Fleet vehicles and fuel

Scope 1 (mobile combustion). Register each vehicle first, then add its annual fuel consumption. You can register vehicles in bulk using a CSV file.

Step 6 — Water and waste

Not Scope 1 or 2, but the Environmental pillar of the EINF explicitly requires water consumption data and waste metrics. Upload them the same way as any invoice.

Uploading many records at once

If you have dozens of supply points or vehicles, download the CSV template for that category, fill it in, and upload it in a single step rather than invoice by invoice.
