Upload vehicles via CSV

Use a CSV or Excel template to add many vehicles at once instead of entering them one by one. Dcycle interprets the file, matches columns automatically and asks you to confirm rows where the mapping isn't clear.

Before you start

You need the Editor role in your Dcycle organization.

Steps

Step 1

Click “Data” in the side navigation.

Open the “Vehicles” category.

Step 2

Look for the upload action at the top of the listing. The name depends on the category — for vehicles it’s usually “Add vehicles” or “Upload your vehicles”. Click to open the upload options.

You can download the template in Excel or CSV format. Pick whichever best matches the format your data is in today.

Don’t worry if your file doesn’t match the template exactly — in the next step Dcycle guides you through mapping each column. For columns with several valid values (for example, fuel type), the tool flags any row that doesn’t match a known option so you can assign it manually.
