Connect Datadis to import Spanish electricity data automatically

Before you start

You need an Admin role in your Dcycle organization.

Steps

Step 1

Click “Data” in the left navigation.

Step 2

Click “Connections”.

Step 3

Under “External integrations”, find the “Datadis” card and click “Connect”.

Step 4

The Datadis page shows when your consumption is imported (on the 8th of each month). Click “Connect” to start the setup.

Step 5

A panel opens with two steps. Datadis is only available for electricity consumption in Spain. Step 1 happens in the Datadis portal: create your account and authorize Dcycle to access your CUPS. Keep this panel open and follow the next steps in datadis.es.

Step 6

Go to datadis.es and select “Organizaciones” (Organizations).

Step 7

If your company doesn’t have a Datadis account yet, complete the “Registro” (registration). It has three steps.

Step 8

Sign in with your company’s digital certificate. If you need help, contact clients@dcycle.io.

Step 9

Accept the “condiciones de uso” (terms of use).

Step 10

Once inside, go to “Mis suministros” (My supply points) and click “Usuarios que he autorizado” (Users I have authorized).

Step 11

Click “Autorizar nuevos usuarios” (Authorize new users).

Step 12

Authorize Dcycle using the CIF B88511373 and select a “fecha de inicio” (start date). This is the date from which Dcycle can read your consumption.

Step 13

Back in Dcycle, in step 2 of the panel, enter your company’s CIF in “Company VAT”. Use the same CIF you registered in Datadis.

Step 14

Click “Connect”.

Step 15

That’s it. From now on, Dcycle imports the electricity consumption of the CUPS you authorized on the 8th of each month. The Datadis page in Connections shows the date of the last extraction and the period it covered.
