Create your Dcycle account

Sign up

Go to app.dcycle.io/signup. You can create your account in three ways:

Method	Best for
Work email and password	Any team. You can enable two-factor authentication yourself.
Continue with Google / Continue with Microsoft	Teams that already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Corporate SSO	Enterprise plans whose IT team manages access through an identity provider.

With your work email

1. Enter your first name, last name and professional area
2. Enter your Work email. Personal (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and temporary addresses are not accepted
3. Choose a password with at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. It can’t contain your email address
4. Click Create account
5. Check your inbox: we send you a 6-digit code. Paste it on the Almost there! Confirm your account screen and click Confirm account

If the code doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or click Resend the code.

With Google or Microsoft

1. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft
2. Choose your work account and accept the permissions requested by Google or Microsoft

Your Dcycle account is created the first time you sign in this way. If you already had a Dcycle account with the same email and a password, both are linked: you can keep using either method.

With corporate SSO

Corporate single sign-on (SSO) lets you sign in with your company’s identity provider (for example, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta). It’s available on Enterprise plans and Dcycle sets it up together with your IT team.

1. On the sign-in page, click Sign in with corporate SSO (Enterprise plans only), below the Sign in button

   

2. Enter your Work email and click Continue with SSO

   

3. You’re redirected to your company’s sign-in page. Sign in there as usual

4. You return to Dcycle, already signed in

The first time you sign in, your Dcycle user is created automatically. To access your company’s data, an admin still needs to invite you to the organization.

Accounts that use Google, Microsoft or SSO don’t have a Dcycle password. If you try Forgot your password?, Dcycle reminds you to sign in with your company account instead.

Set up your organization

After confirming your account, you’ll be guided through the initial setup:

1. Organization name — Enter your company or entity name
2. Country — Select your primary country of operation
3. Industry — Choose the industry that best describes your activity
4. Fiscal year — Set your reporting period start and end dates

Enable two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app every time you sign in with your email and password. Any standard authenticator app works: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or Bitwarden.

Turn on 2FA

1. Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar and select My profile

2. Go to Security and privacy

3. Under Two-Factor Authentication, change Status to Enabled

   

   In the example above, 2FA is already required by the organization, so Status shows a fixed Enabled badge and only Change authenticator app is available.

4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app. If you can’t scan it, copy the code shown under Or enter this code in your authenticator and add it manually

5. Click Next

6. Enter the 6-digit code from your app. It’s checked automatically once you type the last digit

7. When you see Two-Factor Authentication Activated!, click Close

From now on, after entering your password you’ll see a Two-step verification screen asking for the current code from your app.

If you cancel halfway through the setup, delete the incomplete “Dcycle” entry from your authenticator app so you don’t confuse it with a valid one later.

Change or turn off 2FA

• New phone or app: in My profile → Security and privacy, click Change authenticator app and repeat the setup
• Turn off: change Status to Disabled and confirm. You can’t turn it off if your organization requires 2FA

Lost access to your authenticator app

There are no backup codes. If you lose your phone or delete the app, contact support to reset your 2FA. Once it’s reset, you’ll be asked to set it up again the next time you sign in.

If your organization requires 2FA

Your organization can make 2FA mandatory for all its members. Dcycle enables this at the request of your organization.

• Before the deadline: a banner at the top of the app shows how many days you have left. Click Enable now to set it up
• After the deadline: you’ll see the Two-factor authentication required screen when you sign in, and you need to set up your authenticator app to keep using Dcycle
