Reset your password

How to reset your Dcycle password if you've forgotten it or need to change it.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to app.dcycle.io
  2. Click Forgot password? below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and choose a new password

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it’s expired, request a new one.

Change your current password

If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Click Save

Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address (the one you signed up with)
  • If you use SSO (Google, Microsoft), you don’t have a Dcycle password — use the SSO button on the login page instead
  • Contact support if you’re still unable to access your account
