Reset your password

How to reset your Dcycle password if you've forgotten it or need to change it.

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to app.dcycle.io

  2. Click Forgot your password?, below the password field

  3. On the Create a new password screen, enter the email associated with your account and click Continue

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link

  5. Click the link and choose a new password

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it’s expired, request a new one.

Change your current password

If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Click Save

Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address (the one you signed up with)
  • If you sign in with Google, Microsoft or corporate SSO, you don’t have a Dcycle password: use Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Sign in with corporate SSO on the sign-in page instead
  • Contact support if you’re still unable to access your account
