Download the Sold products CSV template
CSV template for bulk-importing sales volumes of your products, the basis for use of sold products and end-of-life emissions.
Use this template to report how many units of each product you sold, where, and in which period. Dcycle combines these volumes with each product’s use and end-of-life profile to calculate Scope 3 Categories 11 and 12.

Products must already exist
This template reports sales volumes for products already registered under Your company's products. It doesn't create new products, so register them first and use the same product name in the file.
Each row is one product sold in one country during one period: company, product name, country, start and end date, quantity, and unit.
Company and facility columns show examples
In the "Valid values" sheet, the company, facility, license plate and custom factor columns contain example values. Download the template from inside Dcycle to get the dropdowns filled with your own organization's data.
How to use the template
- Download the template and fill in one row per product, country, and period. Don’t rename or reorder the columns.
- Pick the country and unit from the “Valid values” sheet so they match Dcycle’s accepted values.
- In Dcycle, go to Data, open Sold products, choose Bulk upload, and upload your file. See Upload product use and end-of-life data for the full walkthrough.
