Upload employees
Adding your employees to Dcycle is the prerequisite for collecting commuting data (mobility surveys), accidents and absences, and training. Use a CSV or Excel template to load them all at once.
Before you start
You need the Editor role in your Dcycle organization.
Steps
Step 1
Click “Data” in the side navigation.

Step 2
Open the “Own staff” category.

Step 3
Click “Upload employees” to open the upload options.

Step 4
Two options appear: upload via Excel template (recommended for more than a few) or add manually one by one.

Step 5
With the Excel route, download the template and fill in one row per employee. Required fields include name, email, work location and start date. Adding the email lets you send them mobility surveys.

Step 6
Drag the filled template back. Dcycle processes it, shows a column-mapping step and flags any rows with incorrect or empty data so you can fix them before confirming the import.

Step 7
After importing, each employee appears in the “Company employees” listing. From there you can send them the mobility survey, log accidents or absences, and link training.
