Generate a CSRD, EINF or GHG inventory report

Dcycle compiles your data in the reporting format your regulator or framework requires: CSRD (ESRS), EINF, GHG Protocol inventory, ISO 14064, GRI, CDP. The export is audit-ready — including the underlying data, the factors applied and the methodology.

Before you start

You need the Editor role in your Dcycle organization.

Steps

Step 1

Reports are generated per project. From the home page, open the project you want to produce the report for. The project’s framework (CSRD, EINF, GHG, etc.) determines what is available.

Step 2

Inside the project, click the “Reports” tab. You’ll see all the report formats available for that framework — for a CSRD project, for example, you’ll see ESRS E1, E2, E3, E4, E5 and the double materiality assessment.

Step 3

Click the report you want and review the configuration: the period, the consolidation method (operational or financial control), the scopes to include. Adjust whatever you need — most projects already have this set up during onboarding.

Step 4

Click “Generate report”. Dcycle compiles the data and produces either a downloadable file (Excel or PDF) or a structured payload ready for the regulator’s portal. For large projects this takes a few minutes — you’ll receive an email when the file is ready.

Step 5

The generated report includes an annex with the full audit trail: each total breaks down into its underlying records and the emission factor + source document applied. This is what your auditor verifies — no need to compile it by hand.
