Dcycle Expert Services
I need to comply with a new regulation
Expert services for organizations facing new regulatory obligations — CBAM declarations for EU importers and Sustainable Mobility Plans (PMST) required under Spanish law.
Some regulations create compliance obligations that require specialist expertise to fulfill — not just platform use. These services cover the end-to-end work needed to meet those obligations.
CBAM — Compliance & Declaration Service
A complete engagement for EU importers subject to the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM, Regulation EU 2023/956). Covers product classification under CBAM categories, embedded emissions calculation for imported goods, supplier data engagement and collection, CBAM declaration preparation, and financial exposure modelling.
The first annual CBAM declaration deadline is 30 September 2027 (for 2026 imports).
Best for: EU importers of steel, cement, aluminium, fertilisers, electricity, or hydrogen from outside the EU who need expert support to fulfill their CBAM obligations.
Sustainable Mobility Plan (PMST)
Expert service for developing a Sustainable Commuting Mobility Plan (Plan de Movilidad Sostenible al Trabajo), required under Spanish law (Ley 9/2025, Art. 26) for workplaces with 200 or more employees — or 100 per shift — by 5 December 2026.
Covers employee commute survey, diagnostics, plan development, works council negotiation, EDIM registration, and biannual follow-up. Available in three tiers: Basic (single site, existing data), Advanced (multi-site, starting from scratch), and Pro (multi-site with advanced mobility consultancy).
Best for: Spanish employers subject to the PMST obligation. Note that Dcycle already captures commuting emissions data (Scope 3, Category 7) — this service uses that data as the foundation for the plan document.
